WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist regional General Managers, Sales Managers, and Functional Leaders in forecasting and evaluating business performance to maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Lead the forecasting and pipeline management processes across regions.
  • Structure and manage the budgeting, monthly forecasting, and analysis of key financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with regional General Managers and sales teams to develop annual regional business plans.
  • Act as an advocate for the Sales Excellence team with corporate functions regarding business processes and policies.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of hands-on operations experience at a regional or corporate level.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Proficiency in CRM and finance systems, Microsoft suite, and a strong affinity for digitalization.
  • Experience with both direct and indirect sales structures and strategies.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented, with a collaborative and team player mindset.
