Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.JOB DUTIES:ENSURE THE CONFLUENCE LEADERSHIP TEAMS ARE PLANNING, SETTING THE RIGHT GOALS, AND EXECUTING ON THOSE GOALS EFFECTIVELY WITH GOOD TRACKING AND REPORTING METHODS. CHAMPION AND CULTIVATE CROSS-TEAM RELATIONSHIPS TO COORDINATE AND MANAGE DEPENDENCIES. RUN AND REPORT ON KEY STRATEGIC PROJECTS (RANGING FROM TECHNICAL DELIVERY AND ANALYTICAL DEEP DIVES TO OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES). PERFORM AS A TRUSTED PARTNER TO R&D PRACTICES ACROSS PRODUCT, ENGINEERING, AND DESIGN TO FACILITATE PRIORITIZATION AND TRADE-OFFS. APPLY HEALTHY PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES TO PROJECTS ACROSS CONFLUENCE, FOCUSING ON PARTNER ENGAGEMENT, DEPENDENCY MANAGEMENT AND RISK AND ISSUE MANAGEMENT.
