Program Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Enablement team. Your future Team: Our Programs Enablement team is comprised of people with backgrounds in recruiting, HR, and program / project management.We're hiring a Programs Coordinator, reporting to our Head of Enablement Programs. This new position will be the entry-point into our program management team, who brings programmatic expertise and craft to stand up key pillars of work for our Talent Acquisition organization globally.In this role, you will help power our global TA engine by bringing structure, clarity, and organization to enable our senior leaders to run their teams effectively. You will help our Talent Acquisition teams coordinate work and build the infrastructure that they need to achieve their goals. You will create communications for various audiences, set processes, and jump in to help connect and unblock teams. You are a center of team spirit, and you create and implement pathways to up-level the team.#LI-Remote
What you'll do:
- Partner and provide strategic support to TA senior leadership in the form of organization, structure, and documentation
- Build collaborative partnerships across the Talent Acquisition org with our teams supporting Craft and Strategy, Learning & Development, People Operations, Recruiting, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and strategic programs.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of current state and industry best-in-class practices, and then implement those practices to oil our recruiting engine
- Tailor communication plans and be the supporting voice for our senior leaders and ensure you maintain regular updates across the teams you support. You will also need to be comfortable with facilitating and owning meetings in front of large (virtual) audiences across the globe
- Ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion is baked in to all of our processes and procedures that you help implement
- Prepare, structure, and facilitate meetings for our global talent acquisition and leadership teams
Your background:
- Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People programs, or related experience, gained in dynamic companies with outstanding talent management practices in learning strategy, analytics, performance management, talent development, and program management
- 1+ year of experience building and delivering a people programs agenda, with specific subject matter expertise in areas Talent Acquisition or People teams
- Collaborative mindset and influence while partnering with other teams
