Principal Designer- Analytics to join our Business Intelligence team to drive the design and UX architecture of our analytic products in areas including business intelligence, and advanced analytics. You will work closely with various business stakeholders and teams to solve design challenges to build best analytics products to surface analytical insights and models to meet partners' business needs.
In this role, you will get to:
- Lead and drive design projects with cross-functional stakeholders/teams to best surfacing our analytical insights/models
- Work with multiple stakeholders/teams to develop a deep understanding of our internal business users and their user behaviors regarding analytics
- Apply all acquired knowledge into design projects you will lead and own from beginning to the end
- Potentially lead the next generation of analytic product design to allow us to better serve our customers
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 10+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UX or Product Designer, especially for analytical products.
- A track record of delivering outcomes where you've driven product direction.
- Present Identifiable artifacts that illustrate UX architectural skill set.
- Ability to lead and inspire others and build consensus with cross-functional peers, key partners, and executives across a business to influence a result.
- A mastery of your craft, validated through Conceptual Thinking & Modeling, User-centeredness and analysis, and Technical & Product Knowledge.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities, a flexible and open approach to working with teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes.
It's great, but not required, that you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with visualization tools in the market, e.g. tableau
