Acronis is looking for a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Architect able to lead the infrastructure architecture efforts for Acronis’s own private cloud platform delivering a run-time environment for its products. You will be responsible in setting the technology strategy and roadmap for the cloud stack that includes compute, network, and storage virtualization and orchestration, as well as well as an internal Cloud Platform that includes CI/CD automation, monitoring and alert management, log management, telemetry collection and analytics, distributed database services, application messaging services, API gateways, load balancers, and other components required for run-time execution of Acronis product applications. You will own definition of the target state architecture, definition of the priorities and delivery sequencing, technology life cycle management, experimentation and POC development for key technologies.
You will work closely with other Acronis Cloud Infrastructure product team, R&D teams, cloud operations and SRE groups responsible for operational management of the cloud infrastructure, as well as Acronis Sales and Professional Services teams. You will be the mentor for more junior members of the team, as well as the thought leader across various Acronis product and R&D teams.
