Presales Solutions Engineer, German Speaking (Remote)

You will report to SE Team Lead and partner with the enterprise sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian's customers, strategize on how to navigate enterprise sales cycles and provide compelling demonstrations.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assist Atlassian customers in evaluating their current Atlassian footprint and create Cloud Migration & Adoption strategies
• Investigate and assess client problems; map client requirements to Atlassian capabilities
• Configure and provide compelling presentations to customers and prospects
• Help us to level up the Solutions Engineering team through knowledge sharing, feedback loops, and adoption of industry standards
• Partner with product management to identify areas of opportunity to improve Atlassian's platforms and products
• You'll Represent Atlassian at Agile conferences and partner events and training; supply whitepapers, analyst relations, and blog posts.

More about youYou have at least 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a pre-sales, consulting, or delivery capacity with a focus on the challenges businesses encounter when adopting Software as a Service solutions and achieve Transformations through new ways of working (such as Agile, DevOps or Agile@Scale).You can interpret complex problem statements, boil them down into solutions, and collaborate with prospects, and channel partners. You're comfortable in both a business and technical context, working with executives or talking shop with technical audiences.You'll need deep familiarity with challenges faced by SaaS offerings in the EMEA Markets and have experience or familiarity with the Scaled Agile or Lean Portfolio solution spaces.
