Our fast-moving team delivers state-of-the-art solutions to address business problems & opportunities. we are looking for an organized, highly analytical, self-driven MarTech expert to manage our marketing automation tools and support the execution of our integrated marketing plan. This role requires the ability to liaison within the marketing function and translate the marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver on our marketing goals. Our bottom line is to be a trusted partner for our marketing business stakeholders in delivering strategic value.

Expectation for the role

    • A specialist “Go-To-Person” in MarTech world for driving the techno-functional use-cases/work engagement and able to strongly articulate the business requirements from a solution & delivery perspective.
    • Responsible for driving the MarTech initiatives by closely collaborating with Business Stakeholders by detailing the requirements & determining design, specifications around MAP, system & its integration
    • Partner with cross geo teams to streamline, optimise & evolve the marketing stack & processes by building strong partnership and driving collaboration across technical and functional team members
    • Familiar with building & integrating custom apps & third party vendors into Atlassian’s MAP as required by aligning to GDPR policies and security compliance.
    • Have 5+ years of experience working within the MarTech space that includes marketing automation platforms like (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) for email marketing and lead generation.
    • Have 10+ years of overall work experience in IT delivering strategic value.
    • Understanding of website optimization, search engine optimization, paid search, platforms of AdTech, search engine optimization, Events and CDP.
    • Championing value realization of our existing investments in Martech space through continuous learning and evangelizing the best in class solutions and features.
    • Monitor data quality, data migration, and data integration, including data accuracy and completeness across marketing systems.
    • Managing and connect marketing and sales tools that support our DemandGen programs
    • Support training of marketing software and user adoption, provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving problems
    • Experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment/analytic delivery team.
    • Facilitating design workshops for business and technical partners, including discovery, design, decision, and final read-out.
