Marketing Database Project Manager

Marketing Operations team is hiring a Marketing Database Project Manager - a role fully dedicated to Data Quality for Marketing organization.

We want a candidate to focus on Data Management initiatives - find data quality issues, create action plans and execute them together with all the involved departments to provide full, clean and reliable data to business stakeholders. You'll be a driver of Data Management processes establishment and maintenance, lead Data Management-related projects, work with Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and Salesforce automation (SFA) system and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Cyber Systems and Support teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the main point of contact for Data Management issues
• Analyze CRM data to get more insights for the upcoming projects/activities
• Analyze and establish requirements for data
• Analyze, investigate and find the root causes for the issues
• Initiate process improving to mitigate potential Data Quality Issues
• Perform data update activities to maintain database at desired state
• Execute Data Quality action plans
• Lead Data Quality projects with several stakeholders
• Monitor and report on database quality metrics
• Initiate process improving to mitigate potential Data Quality Issues
• Create thoughtful documentation for projects, processes and data schemes
• Maintain proficiency in Data Management systems and processes through training

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Business Informatics; Master's preferred
• 3+ years of experience in System Analysis, CRM Data Quality Analysis, or Marketing Operations
• Experience with integrations between high-loaded CRM and its database with other systems/tools
• Understanding of how to define and fix data discrepancies
• Strong data evaluation skills – with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Proficiency in project/process documentation
• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines while providing attention to detail
• Strong research and analytical skills, flexible/adaptable
• Ability to work both in collaboration and independently with minimum supervision
• Familiarity with Marketo and/or Salesforce, Jira, Confluence
• Fluent English
