You’ll be a part of a growing team, helping to lead a team of Product Localization Managers who manage end to end localization of Atlassian's product and platform UI into 20+ languages. This role will have you partner with internal product, design and engineering teams across the company and different timezones to improve localizability and internationalization of Atlassian’s products. You’ll also have a chance to work closely with our marketing and buyer experience localization team members on shared localization processes and strategy, along with external language and LQA vendor partners to ensure smooth continuous delivery of localization, with a focus on high quality output and delivery SLAs.Your greatest responsibility will be looking after the individuals reporting to you, mentoring and supporting them in their professional development, unlocking their potential, and challenging them to step outside their comfort zone to grow and excel.

- Experience as a leader, leading product localization specialists and managers, developing their experience and craft.
- Demonstrated experience of localization and multilingual project/program management experience with a thorough understanding of localization and LQA processes and hands-on experience with running localization projects in translation management platforms.
- Solid experience localizing web and mobile application software and product UI strings, both as individual and as a leader.
- Solid experience using Translation Management Systems (TMS) to manage localization projects.
- A passion for working with language vendor partners, enabling them to take their language quality and service delivery to the next level, whilst prioritising and aligning on strategy and roadmaps with internal stakeholders.
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and a good technical understanding of platforms, programming languages and software file types. Ideally, you'll also have experience with interfacing with code repositories.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in one or more foreign language.
