Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Your Future Team:We're on seeking a dynamic and empathetic people leader to look after our expanding team of Internal Mobility Recruiters across our North America and EMEA regions.You will lead a team of distributed individual contributors responsible for the internal mobility experience and program within our Talent Acquisition organization. Reporting to a global Internal Mobility leader within Talent Acquisition org, you will oversee day-to-day people management responsibilities for your regions, including hiring and onboarding, growth and performance management, and troubleshooting.To be successful, you will be experienced in the complexities and nuances of internal mobility as a distinct recruitment function.

What you'll do:

    • Manage a motivated team of engaged Internal Mobility Recruiters across North America and EMEA, embracing Coaching and Connector styles of leadership to support your team through a period of high growth. You willutilize empathy and situational awareness to help your team continue their development paths, troubleshoot through complexity, and scale your region's function as Atlassian grows.
    • Partner with the business. Leading with curiosity and an inquisitive approach, you'll seek to understand the what and the why behind the needs of your business and TA partners/leaders. You will question the status quo, and take proactive strides to establish healthy partnerships with those your team works with.
    • Maintain a focus on scale, with a reliance on data. You're comfortable asking the question: "does this scale?" and excited by the role data can play in improving outcomes, you seek a data-backed approach to your solutions.
    • Care. You'll share our values and exhibit them in your actions and communication with your team, your colleagues, and our team's candidates. You'll want everyone you work with to leave with an enhanced opinion of Atlassian and the Internal Mobility team.

Your background:

    • Recent people leadership experience (as an example, around 3+ years) within in an Internal Mobility team or program.
    • Passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a passion to advocate for equitability throughout all components of the Internal Mobility experience for Atlassians
    • Understanding of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts, and recruiting capacity
    • Collaboration skills exercised at varied levels of an organization
