As a Junior On-Site Technical Support Analyst in our Workplace Technology team, you will work as part of a global team with the goal of delivering world-class technology and exceptional customer service to Atlassian's everywhere. This particular role would require you to be onsite in our Amsterdam office during normal working hours (Monday - Friday) to support Atlassians, maintain/support meeting rooms, and provide event support and technologies that Atlassians use on a daily basis. You do research and play with new technologies in your spare time, and you know how to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical people. You don't take things at face value because "that's the way they are done", but rather seek to understand the reasons and then take steps to improve. You are tenacious in pursuit of understanding, getting to the bottom of an issue to prevent it from recurring, and helping the team by documenting your journey and successes.On your first day, we'll expect you to have: Epic customer service skillsAlove of helping people and an appetite to learnAV room troubleshooting (VC and collaboration Technologies such as Zoom Rooms & digital signage)Experience in providing AV tech prep & support for events onsiteSolid skills in supporting and troubleshooting MacOS both in-person and remoteSome familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, G-Suite, Mural, etc.)It is great, but not required if you have experience with: Some experience supporting Windows 10Some knowledge of Microsoft MDT / Imaging / SOEsSome familiarity with various MDM solutionsExperience working with a globally distributed teamMore about this position Atlassian is full of awesome hard-working people making cool things for our customers.
