This role drives Jira Align retention across the product portfolio by proactively engaging 150 days pre expiry with Jira Align software and service renewals to mitigate churn, and identify expansion, upsell, upgrade, and cross-sell opportunities.As a Jira Align Loyalty Advocate Specialist, you will drive retention increases across Jira Align products by engaging on strategic renewals and discovering expansion, upsell, upgrade & cross-sell opportunities. You will partner closely with our Enterprise Solutions Advocates & our sales teams to contribute to the total book of business growth. You are responsible for providing deal support on opportunities, including white space analysis, install base research, and quoting support.
Skills & Experience:
- Multi-Tasking & Prioritization: Adapts to rapidly changing events and balances the complexity of the scope of ownership, while accurately judging priorities and keeping track of details.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Creates competitive and breakthrough sales strategies and plans, anticipating future consequences and trends accurately.
- Relationship Management: Cultivates business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally, externally, and virtually. Defines collaboration and engagement scope with internal stakeholders: Account Executives, Loyalty Advocates, and Enterprise Development Representatives.
- Drive for Results: Proven track record of driving improvements in retention business and discovering & qualifying sales opportunities, ideally with experience in owning cross-sell / upsell opportunities end-to-end.
- Account Development & Planning: Nurtures relationships with key buyers and decision-makers and responds to sales opportunities to identify and grow customer accounts, plans and prioritizes activities for assigned accounts.
- Minimum Required Experience: 2-3 years experience in Enterprise account management, software renewals, customer success or other relevant business areas
- Understanding of Agile Frameworks including a basic understanding of how PMO's use Align.
CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $75,000 - $115,000Zone B: $67,500 - $103,500Zone C: $62,200 - $95,500Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.Please see
