Our goal is to support and empower teams adopting modern software development practices and achieve the goals they work toward.As the Group Product Manager for how agile scales, you will define our strategy for how programs and portfolios work in an agile way. You will lead a team of passionate Product Managers and partner deeply with your peers in Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Design. This is the chance to set the direction for a key part of our business. You will execute on a bold roadmap, and grow an outstanding team. This work will directly impact tens of thousands of customers and millions of users.

    • You've been instrumental in agile programs and portfolios of work. You know what it takes to get a multi-team agile program of work humming and where the pitfalls are.
    • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. You're comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics
    • You will have prior experience leading a Product Management team, and experience in leading multiple streams of work with multiple teams and roadmaps
    • You've worked in a high-growth software product organisation, and know how to navigate and collaborate at scale.
    • An obsession for customers, and working directly with design and engineering to ship delightful products
    • The ability to inspire your teams to build better products with a constant commitment to understand, question and improve the experiences for our users
    • You've previous experience in partnering with marketing to deliver products that are aligned with messaging, go-to-market, and create thought leadership
More about our team:Product Managers at Atlassian are responsible for the complete product offering, from early stage research and ideation, through to implementation and iteration based on key success metrics. We're dedicated to agile methodology and are believers in 'lean', which means we despise documentation for documentations sake. We are not looking for product managers who just want to concentrate on one area, such as user research or visual design - we need you to be eager to deliver across the entirety of the product development lifecycle.
