Group Product Manager - Economy Growth

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.We are looking for a stellar Group Product Manager for Atlassian’s Growth teams responsible for driving our expansion strategy. In this role, you will lead a team of passionate Product Managers and partner deeply with Engineering, Analytics, and Design to execute the Growth team’s mission. These teams are responsible for building frictionless experiences for all Atlassian products to help drive cross-flow to our products. In this highly visible role, you will play a vital role in leading teams and building experiments for our global customers. We like to validate assumptions about our users with various types of testing. We need you to lead teams eager to deliver across the entirety of the product development lifecycle. As a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the performance, setting direction, executing an ambitious roadmap, and growing the world-class Product Management team.

You will get the chance to work on;

• Managing a team of Growth product managers.
• Ownership and accountability of all OKR commitments for the teams and both short-term and long-term strategies for cross-flow.
• The successful execution and delivery of all team initiatives. Also responsible for team effectiveness and team health.
• Representing teams in leadership meetings and committees
• Understanding and appreciation of data to help formulate new ideas.
• Defining and launching excellent products and can pull off that delicate balancing act of prioritizing competing opportunities.

We would love if you had some of the below skills;

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing Product Management teams, and experience leading multiple streams of work with multiple teams and roadmaps
• Experience growing high-performing teams who can deliver on complex and dependent initiatives in a multi-year mission
• Experience in a fast-growing software product or professional organization, or a history of working with teams to produce an outstanding customer experience
• The ability to encourage your teams to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question, and improve the experiences for our users
• An obsession for customers, and working directly with design, analytics and engineering to ship delightful product experiences
• The ability to distill abstract challenges into strategy and break that down into a cohesive plan that empowers teams to turn problems into user and Atlassian success

More about the team:The Economy Growth org consists of experimentation teams responsible for accelerating growth for the Atlassian economy that includes Atlassian products and 2nd/3rd party apps. These teams are responsible for landing new customers, helping customers expand into more products/apps through cross-flow, and monetizing our customers by creating experiences that deliver greater value.
