Group Internal Control & Compliance - Advisory Manager

About the Role In this key strategic role, you will be part of the Vietnam GojekInternal Control (IC) and Compliance Team. Focusing heavily on performing corporate compliance programs, ensuring the establishment and the implementation of relevant group IC & Compliance policies and Gojek procedures,  building the compliance culture through practical compliance training & communication programs execution, and assisting the adoption of group IC & Compliance standards (guideline) towards Gojek Vietnam. You will employ your subject matter expertise and organizational agility to assist the operationalization of corporate compliance programs for the Gojek ecosystem, particularly for Vietnam. Essentially, you will be part of the team who protects the company, manage risk related to the Gojek ecosystem by ensuring rigorous processes and controls are in place to meet regulatory and shareholders' expectations, align the business activities with the company code of conduct, group policies and international standards of good practices.

What You Will Do 

• Carrying out corporate compliance programs, to ensure compliance with the respective local laws, regulations, company code of conduct, and compliance policies/standards, including but not limited to Anti Bribery & Anti Corruption, Anti Money Laundering, Conflict of Interest, and 3rd party management
• Assist in the development and evaluation of Gojek IC & Compliance framework, policies, and relevant guideline for Gojek Vietnam
• Continuously provide guidance or advice based on group IC & Compliance policies and standards toward internal and external stakeholders
• Execute compliance training program & communication strategy plan towards company personnel and external parties across Gojek Vietnam 
• Assist IC & Compliance Assurance unit in identifying enhancement in IC & Compliance systems & processes and playing a driving role in initiating process improvement/changes in Gojek Vietnam with alignment to Gojek and GoTo working plan
• Perform initial assessment and further collaborative review on compliance incidents or misconduct cases to determine the key issues and to adjust necessary policies & procedures 

What You Will Need -

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as a corporate compliance officer and internal control in a similar industry
• Vital analytical skills with an end mind of regulatory, risk, and internal control perspectives 
• Must have a deep understanding of corporate compliance and good corporate governance practices, and must possess relevant experience in establishing and implementing compliance programs
• Preferably to have deep knowledge or experience in implementing compliance programs: Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, 3rd party management, and Conflict of interest.
• Must be able to empathize and collaborate with various stakeholders from other functional teams
• Good interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and the business.
• Familiar with the Google platform as a working desktop program.
