The Epic Certified Systems Admin (ECSA) is responsible for installation, configuration, upgrades, support, monitoring, and maintenance for Epic Client Systems infrastructure on virtual windows servers. This is a full time, remote/virtual position.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand MyChart, MyChart Mobile, EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere, Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, Kuiper, System Pulse, Hyperspace applications from an administrator level
- Handle all the daily operations of the Epic Client Systems components
- Assist with managing the Citrix and VMware environments as needed
- Lead Product Release management functions which may include develop & perform test plans, facilitate end user testing, and develop application validation scripts for ongoing operations team
- VMWare experience
Requirements
- Epic Certification in one or more ECSA/ECSM
- Hyperspace, BLOB, BCA (Business Continuity Access), Printing, Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, System Pulse, and Care Everywhere
- Strong understanding of VMWare and Citrix
