Our Enterprise sales team are a non-traditional sales team who work with the Top 5% of Atlassian's Enterprise customers. Your role is to help these customers scale their use of solutions and services across multiple spaces such as Agile DevOps, Work Management and IT Service Management. At the same time, we want you to be an advocate for our customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us improve our customer experience. You'll report to an Account Executive Manager, APAC.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Work in partnership with the entire Atlassian Go-to-market team including Enterprise Development Representatives, Channel Managers, Solution Engineers, Customer Retention Specialists and Customer Success Managers.

- Be customer-focused and creative and love the Enterprise Sales process
- Apply your knowledge to the Atlassian sales model
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- You have experience working with a high volume of accounts
- You have experience in software sales and excel in a quota-carrying role. You have experience exceeding targets. You want to build your career in sales
- You have experience selling SaaS solutions with cloud migration experience as a bonus
- You can run a sales cycle, build and work a pipeline, implement a Strategic Account plan with a variety of sales actors, and deliver accurate forecasting
