Enhance with intelligence: use smarts to unleash the power of connected data.As an Engineering Manager, you'll be a technical leader and people manager, responsible for guiding the team to technical decisions for integrating JSM - Assets with other Atlassian products, helping prioritise and organise the team's work, and providing career growth and mentorship opportunities to your team. Your background
- 3+ years of experience growing the performance of an engineering team
- Leader of technical excellence, pushing innovation and quality
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer attitude, while balancing contending priorities to meet business objectives
- Passion for product, and delivering value to customers
