We look after the end-to-end journey for customer migration of our Marketplace Apps from server to cloud. The team members have diverse backgrounds in software engineering, product management, design, and content design.We're hiring an Engineering Manager for the App Migration team. Here, you'll manage a team that contributes to the success of both our customers and 3rd party app developers by building new features into our migration assistants, and by working directly with our Marketplace Partners to build the features they need into the cloud platform and our SDKs.

• Partner with engineers, designers, product managers and Marketplace Partners to achieve enterprise scale for app migration
• Lead, inspire and grow a team of engineers across Australia
• Contribute to the definition of goals and strategy for your team
• Provide trusted engineering leadership direction and guidance for you team's projects
• Manage projects and roadmap for your team ensuring awareness of status, blockers and risk mitigating actions

Your background

• 2+ years of experience leading a software engineering team
• Experience working in collaboration with multiple partners, including customers
• Experience growing the performance of an engineering team
• Great organisational, planning, and dependency management skills
