Distributed Work Intervention Lead

To help our teams work together effectively, ideally you will be located in the Pacific Timezone.Your future teamAtlassian is looking for an experienced Distributed Work Intervention Lead, reporting into our Head of the Team Anywhere Lab. You will have a background in behavioral science, psychology, or organizational behavior, and will design and implement workplace interventions aimed at improving distributed teamwork.You will have experience leading workplace transformation projects and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align ways of working to business priorities.

What you'll do

• Design measurable workplace interventions to improve distributed teamwork.
• Design and build pilot programs and behavioral interventions for new ways of working in distributed teams.
• Design measurement strategy to understand the effectiveness of workplace interventions in collaboration with People Researchers & Data Scientists.
• Conduct qualitative research to understand team processes and ways of working for functions across the organization.
• Collaborate with partners to align ways of working to business priorities.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, theories, and best practices for distributed teamwork.

Your background

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in behavioral science, psychology, organizational behavior, or subject matter expertise about distributed and remote work.
• 3+ years of industry experience leading workplace transformation projects and implementing change programs across the enterprise.
• Familiarity with learning and development principles and experience creating training materials or other behavioral interventions.
• Experience presenting complex information in a clear way to general audiences.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Strong project management skills, and experience building a research program roadmap.

CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $164,500 - $252,300Zone B: $148,000 - $227,100Zone C: $136,500 - $209,400Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
