Director Product Management (Cloud Infrastructure)

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead product management of Acronis Cloud Infrastructure portfolio. You will lead a product team that owns the product strategy and execution for the Acronis Cyber Infrastructure cloud software stack including compute, network, and storage virtualization and orchestration, as well as Acronis internal Cloud Platform that includes CI/CD automation, monitoring and alert management, log management, telemetry collection and analytics, distributed database services, application messaging services, API gateways, load balancers, as well as other components required for run-time execution of Acronis product applications. You will also own product definition and delivery for Acronis infrastructure-based customer visible products.

You will work closely with other Acronis product teams, R&D teams, cloud operations and SRE groups responsible for operational management of the cloud infrastructure, as well as Acronis Sales and Professional Services teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Acronis Cloud Infrastructure product portfolio, including the company’s own Acronis Cyber Infrastructure software stack as well as the Cloud Platform from initial product definition to product launch and successful production delivery
• Define the commercial model and economics for infrastructure products, insuring growth and profitability
• Work closely with Acronis engineering and data center operations teams, while responsible for successful and timely delivery of the products to customers and partners in production environment
• Collaborate with product marketing to support messaging and content creation, enable the Acronis sales team, and deliver positioning, pricing, and packaging
• Attract, build, and run a diverse team of dedicated product and program managers working on cloud infrastructure products and services
• Define measurable outcomes for your teams and regularly track and report on progress
• Define and drive discrete components of a cross-product integrations strategy across all layers - engineering, sales, marketing, and product
• Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure business needs and directions are captured and product visions are translated into executable roadmaps and release plans, identify and track critical performance metrics and timelines throughout the life of the project

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role
• 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies and software development
• 5+ years of track record of managing geographically distributed cross-functional teams (direct reports and stakeholders)
• Experience building a team, holding decisions on recruiting and organization design
• Experience working cross-functionally on large projects with multiple engineering teams
• Demonstrable knowledge of cloud architectures, application or network security, infrastructure services
• Direct experience building private cloud environments, including such technologies as OpenStack, VmWare, Kubernetes, MySQL, PostgreSQL, distributed SQL database solutions, REDIS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, NGINX, Elastic, Apache Druid
• Strong program and project management skills with hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence collaboration tools
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate a compelling vision, and present those in written documents and slide presentations
• Strong knowledge of cloud platform market, including Google GCP, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure
• Fluent English
