The Director of Strategic Service Providers Recruitment will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment efforts for top-tier service providers in the information technology field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a proven track record of successful vendor management and recruitment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for recruiting top-tier service providers in your region
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters in their efforts to identify and onboard new service providers
  • Maintain an excellent level of technical expertise within the recruit team
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Strategic Recruit team to ensure they meet the company's standards
  • Identify and evaluate potential service providers through market research and industry networking
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with service providers
  • Develop marketing campaigns with Marketing team to target specific SPs in your region
  • Work with GMS in your region to align on regional strategy
  • Run events across region to recruit SPs and develop awareness of Acronis
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers at targeted service providers
  • Manage Sports Teams and Sports Acquisition Managers in Region (Technology, Marketing Rights and #TeamUp) as well as the #TeamUp program in your regions
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and address any issues or concerns with service providers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to identify new opportunities for service provider partnerships

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management
  • Ability to lead, direct and manage a large Team of Remote Strategic Recruiters
  • Knowledge of how to manage marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
  • Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Customer Centric Skills
  • Strong closing sales skills, knowing how to create the need and urgency
  • Strong negotiating and soft skills. A good listener, who knows how to build rapport, communication and understands needs.
  • Knows how to create and manage a pipeline
  • Knows how to prioritize daily tasks: leads, opportunities,activities
  • Outside of the box thinking and ability to use additional channels such as LinkedIn, other social media, Distribution channel in order to close deals
  • Knows the market: who is Service Provider, what are his pain points, how to address them
  • Knows main market players/Acronis competitors and theirstrong/weak sides
  • Strong Presentations skills
  • Knows how to Run campaigns/Host events
  • Product Knowledge  as well as competitive's Product Knowledge
  • Knows how to do prospecting and consistently sells benefits / value
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
