You won’t regret it.1.     Manage the assigned Managed Service team as follows:·         Lead and coach IT service division leaders and team members.·         Develop and implement strategic initiatives for division.·         Create, track and maintain budget for region.·         Be an escalation point of contact to handle issues and involve direct leadership as needed.·         Monitor staffing and equipment needs for division.·         Conduct performance reviews and make compensation decisions.2.     Support the sales of MIT services at established profit goals.3.     Strive to improve coordination between sales and service teams to ensure an exceptional client service experience.4.     Handle escalated client requests and issues to successful resolution.5.     Uphold Marco’s business ethics by ensuring our solutions meet clients’ needs.6.     Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, processes, markets, trends, competitors and clients to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.7.     Develop revenue increasing strategies.8.     Support Marco’s commitment to total client satisfaction through active participation in the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process including prompt research and resolution.9.     Understand, endorse, demonstrate and teach the Marco mission, philosophy, culture and policies.10.  Demonstrate leadership by presenting a positive example, establishing high standards, holding employees accountable and maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity.11.  Represent the organization as appropriate in its relationships with major clients, suppliers, competitors, government agencies, professional societies and similar groups.12.  Manage the required non-traditional work hours to meet job duties and responsibilities.13.  Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree and six years of IT service leadership experience within an MSP or Call Center Environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.·        
    • Master’s degree (MA) or Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel and company and client specific programs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in working with and relating to people at all levels of an organization.
    • Function as a good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
    • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative.
    • Act as a strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
    • Well organized and self-directed while being a team player.
    • Highly decisive possessing a “big picture” perspective.
    • Treat people with respect, work with integrity and ethically and uphold organizational values.
