Cyber Security Services - Business Risk & Control Oversight Senior Analyst

Within Chief Information Security Office (CISO), the Cyber Security Services Risk & Control Oversight Team coordinates and oversees all Risk Management, Compliance and Control activities across the CISO Cyber Security Services organization. In the Business Risk & Control Oversight Senior Analyst role, the candidate will provide end-to-end management and oversight of internal Business Risk and Control programs. The Senior Analyst may manage ad hoc projects as requested.
As Business Risk & Control Oversight Senior Analyst your responsibilities will be:
Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA)
End-to-end management and oversight of Cyber Security Services internal MCA operations
Ensure consistency of common controls across Cyber Security Services, to include standardized testing and evidence
Work with Service Managers and Risk Partners to ensure all required processes and controls are represented.
Develop and maintain internal procedures. Provide training as needed.
Control Issue Management
End-to-end management and oversight of Draft Control Issue Management process, including engagement with Service Managers, ISOs, Risk Managers, and other key participants
Perform QA of Cyber Security Services draft Issues
Work with key stakeholders on Process Improvements
Develop and maintain internal procedures. Provide training as needed
Ideal background:
6-10 years of experience in an IT Controls & Compliance role
Fluent English language skills
Significant knowledge and expertise in IT control functions, IS policies and standards, information security;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Must be able to work collaboratively with Cyber Security Services teams and business partners, providing compliance guidance and administering the company’s compliance policies/procedures in a timely manner;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint;
Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ITIL) are a plus
University / College degree in any STEM area or equivalent industry/technology knowledge
