Within Chief Information Security Office (CISO), the Cyber Security Services Risk & Control Oversight Team coordinates and oversees all Risk Management, Compliance and Control activities across the CISO Cyber Security Services organization. In the Business Risk & Control Oversight Analyst role, the candidate will work with CSS Service Management and CISO Risk Partners to support internal Business Risk and Control programs. The Analyst may work on ad hoc projects as requested.
As Business Risk & Control Oversight Analyst you will:
Oversee draft Control Issues, including SharePoint workflow, follow-ups, and reporting
Maintain process documentation
Track and Monitor TDLC
Audit and Regulatory: Assist with deliverable management from secondary location
Assist in driving process improvements and standardization across the various Cyber Security Services departments
Prepare additional metrics and reporting as needed
Ideal background:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Fluent English language skills
Significant knowledge and expertise in IT control functions, IS policies and standards, information security
Must be able to work collaboratively with Cyber Security Services teams and business partners, providing compliance guidance and administering the company’s compliance policies/procedures in a timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint
Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ITIL) are a plus
University / College degree in any STEM area or equivalent industry/technology knowledge
