POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:The Cloud Voice Provisioning Technician is responsible for providing quality services to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will remotely program and provision Cloud Voice equipment for new and existing customers. You will remotely perform service-based repair calls and provide remote technical support to Marco clients. You are responsible for management, administration, and integration of products, services, and applications related to Marco’s Cloud Voice offerings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provision Cloud Voice products, services, and applications for new and existing customers
- Provide technical support and remote help desk services for Cloud Voice Communications systems including PBXs, voicemail systems and other voice applications to include but not limited to Call Accounting, Call Recording, Collaboration tools, etc.
- Plan and manage service-related work independently and meet install deadlines
- Maintain accurate client-specific documentation
- Follow Marco best practices and operational procedures, and create visual and written documentation6. Stay current in all relevant certification paths and stay up to date on new cloud voice offerings
- Accurately maintain documentation and comply with service administrative procedures in a timely basis
- Attend required company and departmental meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned by direct manager or supervisor
