If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.We are currently seeking an intern, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems(ADAS) camera perception integration/tooling. This position requires an experienced professional with a basic understanding of machine learning and coding in a scripting language. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to posses the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Role:

• Design and implement ML/Perception infrastructure to enable ML developers to achieve cutting-edge self-driving perception performance
• Architect and implement toolchains/frameworks for testing, debugging, visualization and evaluation of Perception algorithms
• Work on defining metrics and designing tools to evaluate runtime performance of perception algorithms
• ·ntegrate ML software stack with the overall perception software stack for running onboard perception system with excellent performance and high fault tolerance
• Support the production, validation and verification of the ML software stack using prototype vehicles, pre-production vehicles

Expectations:

• Experience in one or more of the following areas related to perception for ADAS / AD: inference pipelines, ML infrastructure, ML model deployment
• Advanced C++ programming skills
• Experience testing perception system
• A practical hands-on approach to complement the theoretical knowledge and creativity required to solve Autonomous Driving
• ·Excellent communication skills

Advantageous:

• Knowledge of any other programming languages (e.g. Matlab / Simulink, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with embedded software development and RTOS
• Experience in software and system integration, testing and verification on system and vehicle level

Education

• Fields of study: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
• Will consider undergrads Sophomore level and above: Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Post-Secondary
• Start Date: May 15th, 2022
• End Date: Aug 15th, 2022
• Our internship program is 12-16 weeks; end date is flexible based on individual needs
