You will report to a Support Manager in the Cloud Growth DevOpsIT team.As a Support Engineer you will provide support to our customers, using Atlassian products, in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing and fixing technical issues in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you must be a team player, have strong customer service and technical problem solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges.The candidate must be able to work EMEA business hours.
What Will you do?
- You will be responsible for resolving customer configuration issues and responding to customer questions
- You will understand customer use cases, perform troubleshooting, brainstorm and implement workarounds to product bugs
- You will collaborate with our global support team, share best practices and drive process improvements
- You will be a role model of Atlassian values, actively shaping and inspiring people around them
- Periodically collaborate to develop and implement operational improvements. Also, you may be asked to travel (locally and worldwide) and visit other Atlassian locations as needed
Your Background
- 3+ years of application support experience
- Experience working with SSO, SAML, Linux and Windows
- You have familiarity with APIs, REST payloads, REST endpoints, Splunk
- You have familiarity with IT operations, Application Performance Monitoring, the Application Development lifecycle, internet technology, and infrastructure concepts
- You would have a working understanding of the DevOps space, practical knowledge of the role of Integrations

- Enable replication and debugging of issues to verify potential product-related bugs

- Test and evaluate new product versions to ensure they are ready for release
