This non-traditional Sales role is based in our Sydney office. Our Solution Sales team builds and implements an effective sales strategy. They drive adoption of select products and services to our Enterprise customer base. What you'll do
- Create a clear vision for your territory
- Communicate on funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes
- Partner, partner, partner - amazing accomplishments are the result of great teamwork, and success at the enterprise level "takes a community"
- You will work with our channel managers and also directly with Atlassian partners, which range from the world's largest IT service providers, to other sales and service firms of all shapes and sizes
- You will also collaborate with other teams, including Solution Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Product Management and Support
- "Be the change you seek" and demonstrate unselfish leadership, while helping Atlassian to improve our ability to better serve our marketplace
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience leading enterprise sales processes in a sophisticated sales environment
- Experience developing advanced sales plans for strategic Enterprise customers
- Knowledge and experience focused on the Banking and Finance industry
- Experience guiding a team of cross disciplinary sales process participants in complex environments to achieve sales objectives
- Proven track record closing complex transactions across the entire sales cycle
- Demonstrated ability to manage key customer relationships and are comfortable operating at the C-Level
- Experience selling to customers across APAC including ANZ and Singapore
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
It's not essential but good if you have
- Experience selling complex solutions to Engineering and IT audiences
- Familiarity with Atlassian's sales model, sales culture & suite of products
- Experience with both on-premise and cloud software solutions
- Australian banking regulatory knowledge
