Our work helps teams understand how their products and services are performing around the clock.We are on the journey to modernise our Splunk deployment and the Observability pipeline. What you'll do

• Improve Atlassian's Splunk deployment through automation
• Review Splunk usage, apps and security posture
• Implement solutions that meet performance, scalability and operational goals
• Breakdown complex problems into elegant solutions
• Follow Agile Software Development methodology, such as CI/CD and "you build it, you run it"

Your background

• Operate a large-scale Splunk Enterprise deployment
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code on AWS
• Linux system administration
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripts
• Passion with delivering great Observability experience to developers

We'd be excited if you have

• Software development skills with Go/Python
• 1+ years of experience with micro-services architecture and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with incident management
• Knowledge of the Observability principles and concepts: Logs, Metrics and Traces
