ServiceNow Developer III - IN ( ITSM + ITOM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:Rackspace is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join our ITSM team in a client-facing role that combines technical responsibilities and traditional consulting elements. JOB REQUIREMENTS:RESPONSIBILITIES: •      Responsible for the technical specifications and implementation of ServiceNow ·       Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow·        Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests·        Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required ·        Expertise level programming skills PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: ·       B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred ·       ServiceNow Administrator certification required·       ServiceNow ITSM certification,·       Have 4 to 7 years [GK1] of ServiceNow implementation experience·       Have a technical and functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform and it’s various features especially of the ITSM and ITOM. ·       Provide administrative ServiceNow support·       Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the operation of the ServiceNowAbout Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
