Senior Manager, Business Architecture

Here, you'll lead a growing Business Architecture team charged with bringing clarity to business strategy, our Business Transformation Team's programs, and supercharging delivery on the next generation of capabilities for our Customer Support Services (CSS) organization. Our portfolio of work encompasses everything necessary to grow the CSS organization. Today this is eight concurrent transformations across problem areas like migrations, tooling transformation, talent enablement, and more. Given our scale, this challenge increases in scope every day; the complexity, speed, and scope are all on upward trajectories.Business Architecture reveals how an organization is structured and can demonstrate how elements such as capabilities, processes, organization, and information fit together. You will guide your team to explore ideas to help move the main results for any given objective forward within this portfolio by building capability maps, value streams, process models and systems mapping, and more. What you'll do

• Process and Best Practices around BizArch - Predictability as a team - Craft
• Establish a process to gather and prioritize problem statements across the business.
• Support your team and remove roadblock for them to get commitment from (leaders in the problem space) collective priorities, scope, and goals for the portfolio of work.
• Hire and develop a new team
• Manage a Team up to 8 ppl
• Coach your team to deliver high-quality business assessments that deliver big outcomes
• Ensure that the programs deliver the outcome needed by the business.
• Mitigate risk and manage dependencies for the forward rolling four quarters.
• Scale the business essentials domain to meet future needs of CSS.

Your background

• 7+ years delivering successful transformations affecting complex, customer-facing systems, and people.
• Experience leading a distributed team (remote and globally distributed)
• Demonstrate ability to lead a team with influence to execute against a strategy
• Exceptional behavioral assessment capability and a record of hiring "A" players
