Job Summary: Develops and implements learning and development strategy. Collaborates with stakeholders to determine developmental needs and to design solutions to those needs. Develops and implements the learning and development strategy. Identifies areas of improvement and possible training opportunities. Leads the design and development of training programs. Majority of time will be spent desigining and developing OnDemand and instructor-led interactive, innovative, and engaging sales and customer success training offerings.Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports the Rackspace learning environment.
    • Leads the learning architecture of learning and knowledge environment.
    • Acts as a liaison between learning and development team and business unit.
    • Responsible for training strategies and execution plans for all training programs.
    • Designs, develops, and runs programs.
    • Leads development of special professional development programs.

Qualifications:

    • Excellent time management, facilitation, coaching, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.
    • Ability to understand individual personalities, their interactions with the organization as a whole, and how this impacts performance and the overall learning journey.
    • ADDIE Methodology
    • Experience with Canva, Adobe, Articulate, Rise, MindTickle, Trello
    • Expert assessment skills and the ability to complete stakeholder analyses.
    • Expert knowledge of the processes, procedures and expectations of technical and customer support organizations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
    • Has a deep understanding of the audience and organizational needs.
    • Aptitude for making appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.

This information applies only to individuals working in these states. The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $153,000-$204,000.The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $153,000-$204,000.The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $167,400-$223,200.Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time.
