JOB TITLE: Business Transformation Program Manager (215044)FLSA STATUS: ExemptPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Leads a program, or multiple business projects/initiatives within the Transformation Office with a focus on business transformation specifically increasing revenue or achieving cost savings through planning and implementation of best practices and business process improvement across one or more functional areas of the company such as Go to Market, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Development, Service Delivery or Technology Implementation and Management. Inspires confidence in the team, senior management, and the business community implementing the solution. Leads efforts to improve existing processes or programs and designs new systems or processes as required. Mentors team members, and is viewed as a SME and overall leader on the floor.  Position will report in to the Transformation Management Office PMO.·        KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY: Expert level knowledge of coordinating and monitoring projects/programs from initiation through delivery. Expert level knowledge of all areas of business operations and organizational interactions. Leadership experience on projects regarding managing business sponsorship, defining KPIs/metrics, customer expectations, risk analysis, and project plans through execution. Experienced in development of project/program planning elements, to include charters, scheduling, resourcing, communication, implementation of plans and project tracking and reporting. A wide range of business and technology projects could be included in the project portfolio; experience managing a diverse portfolio is necessary. Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills. Have confidence and experience in a deadline driven environment. Experience with industry-recognized project management methodologies and tools.  Ability to manage matrixed project/program teams in diverse environments. Proficient with Visio and MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Must be able to create and deliver business dashboards and progress reports to Senior Leadership and Executives. Excellent attention to detail and problem solving schools. Ability to work independently. Creative thinking and the ability to ‘think outside the box’ are ESSENTIAL. Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand. Ability to apply varying leadership skills and traits that create solutions and results to unexpected situations. Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups.  ·        JOB COMPLEXITY: Planning and execution of one or more programs, works steams or multiple projects of the highest complexity. Reviewing and fully understanding all program/project requirements (business and technical).  Collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as coordinating across functions, internally and externally, to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Developing and documenting business processes.  Evaluating business processes and identifying areas where efficiencies may be gained. Developing and implementing solutions to gain efficiencies.  ·        SUPERVISION: Operates independently with overall results appraised largely on the effective and efficient attainment of goals. May provide work direction to individual contributors.  ·        EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field. MBA preferred AND at least 9-12 years of business consulting leading business driven projects/programs is required. Relevant industry experience is highly desired. Big 6 project delivery consulting background is preferred. Project certification a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)·        PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment. May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor. Moderate levels of stress may occur at times.
