Microsoft Systems Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• As Role holder, you will be providing technical support and problem diagnosis/resolution on customers managed infrastructure within the defined operating processes according to ISO 20000/ITIL
• You will liaise with (Internal, Vendor) support teams and with suppliers globally
• Analyzing system requirements of architectures and complex distributed systems
• Producing operational and technical documentation, such as: work instructions, concepts, scripts
• As Role holder you will be responsible for planning, implementing and transitioning managed IT solutions into support and providing in−life support
• Providing standby duty outside office hours

• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
• Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
• Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
• Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution

Professional skills:

• Several years of experience in design, implementation and support of Microsoft Windows servers in Data Center environment
• In-depth knowledge of MS Windows Server, MSSQL Server, MS Active Directory, MS SCOM, MS SCCM and Citrix Virtual App
• Understanding the principles of the interaction of network services (DNS, DHCP, proxy, firewalls, subnetting etc.) is advantage
