By teaming with Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, EDRs, and Partners, they demonstrate domain expertise and consultative selling to create transformative client outcomes. As the Enterprise Sales Manager, Work Management EMEA you will report to Scott Blacker (Global Head of Work Management). On your first day, we will expect you to have:

    • Knowledge of the Enterprise sales cycle
    • 5+ years experience in a people leadership role, of which 2+ years managing direct sellers
    • Experience working not only cross-functionally but cross geographically. Our global team is located in EMEA, APAC and AMER regions and collaboration and engagement with each geo are the key to our success
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
    • Proven aptitude for navigating through ambiguity
    • Confidence, independence and motivation to navigate and work with decision-makers across matrixed organizations and teams
    • You love teaming and have experience collaborating closely with other teams (core sales and channel team, for example)

It would be great, but not required, if you have:

    • Experience with Atlassian’s systems and tools such as Jira Service Desk and Confluence
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Experience in selling Work Management solutions
