Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM). The ISSM is the individual designated by Microsoft’s Enterprise Data Management Leadership Team to manage the program’s cybersecurity program. This individual will be responsible for establishing, documenting, and monitoring the organization’s cybersecurity program implementation as well as ensure compliance with the Senior National Security Team’s Risk Management Plan. The individual must have a working knowledge of system functions, cybersecurity policies, and technical cybersecurity protection measures. Additionally, this individual will serve as the primary point of contact to the Security Control Assessor and Approving Official regarding all organizational cybersecurity issues.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
- Must be fully qualified by qualification standards and requirements in accordance with DoDD 8140.01 and DoDM 8140.03.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to complex IS compliance and security problems.
- 3+ years experience with:
- Interfacing with internal and external customers (i.e. SCAs, Program Managers, etc.);
- The security features and/or vulnerability of various operating systems.
- Cybersecurity baseline management and change reporting.
- RMF documentation as part of assessment and authorization efforts.
- Supporting various computer hardware and multiple operating systems in both a stand-alone and in LAN/WAN configurations.
Bonus points if you have:
- Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business.
- Technical certifications in Azure
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
- Knowledge of incident response and handling methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)
- Application development experience on Azure
- Must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, and customer service skills.
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS security clearance
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role California: $122,600 - $198,800 Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700 New York City: $141,800 - $198,800 Washington: $160,500 - $182,800
