As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a vital role in protecting our organization’s critical information and network infrastructure from security threats. What you will do
- Analyze our IT Architecture to discover potential security threats and risks.
- Conduct security audits, compliance assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Review Penetration Testing results and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our Security Controls and build appropriate proposals.
- Participate in incident response activities, to minimize the impact of security breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure the proper implementation of security security measures.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in information security to continually improve our security posture.
- Propose appropriate actions and technologies to continuously improve the organization’s security posture.
What you will bring
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS Hardening , etc.).
- Familiarity with various security technologies, such as Active Directory/LDAP, firewalls, IPS, DLP, EDR, CASB, SIEM, WaF
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Scanning, Systems Auditing, and hardening
- Familiarity in both MS Windows and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Optional requirements (will be considered a plus):
- Knowledge on scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Experience in Secure CI/CD architectures (i.e. SAST/DAST tools)
- Experience in auditing MS Windows Architectures (i.e. AD Group Policy, Users /Roles)
- Practical experience with Penetration Testing tools and Threat Intelligence.
