  • Supporting the HR Generalists with preparation and issuing of employment contracts across the EMEA region.
  • Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires
  • Support Business Partners and managers in the administration of all terms and conditions changes, including but not limited to: ensuring relevant paperwork is authorized, issuing verification letters, employment contract amendments, liaising with payroll on changes, starters and leavers processes
  • Help with employee compensation, benefits, and training
  • Keep up-to-date employee records
  • Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
  • Provide new hires with information regarding compensation, job benefits, and working conditions
  • Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance
  • Help manage employee relations and related programs
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and process the paperwork for employment termination
  • Use human resources management software to prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfers, or termination
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Process employees’ queries and respond promptly
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis


  • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like Workday
  • Good understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with onboarding and employee lifecycle
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a benefit for the company
