Our sales teams help our customers to realise more business value with the Atlassian solution portfolio.In this non-traditional sales leadership role you will manage one of our European sales teams. You will set the sales strategy and lead its execution across your team. You will help your team unlock new business opportunities and build relationships with business and IT stakeholders within their customer base to propel incremental sales. Your team will also partner closely with other internal teams, including channel, product specialists, and solutions engineers. They are advocates for our customers, providing market feedback to our development teams and helping us always improve our customer experience.You will report to Elise Hoekstra (EMEA Head of Enterprise Sales - Mid-Market). You will lead a distributed team of sellers covering the Benelux and Nordic regions.Our enterprise sales teams believe in the Atlassian values and want to use them as their compass in building a new sales model, one that redefines how software is sold in the Enterprise. Your background

    • At least one year of people management experience
    • At least three years of enterprise sales experience
    • A track record of achieving targets
    • You enjoy value selling
    • You're passionate about coaching people
    • You can effectively coach your sales team to drive a sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, deliver accurate forecasting, and achieve revenue goals
    • You love trying out new things and sharing your findings with your team
    • Extensive experience selling in the Benelux and/or Nordic markets
