Director Product Management (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead product management for Acronis’ cybersecurity portfolio. As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for shaping the future of Acronis’ cybersecurity products – from the vision, the strategy, and the roadmap, to overseeing the end-to-end execution, tracking the adoption, and working with GTM teams to market, sell and support the products. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product activities, product experimentation, and analyzing emerging trends in the industry. In this position, you will collaborate with innovative engineers and valued partners to ensure we have the most competitive and relevant cyber protection solutions for all of our service providers and enterprise customers. You will work closely with the executive team to establish a winning strategy, and partner with our sales and marketing teams to ensure market-adoption and rapid growth. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can drive strategy, lead a global team of product managers, partner with engineering to deliver new services, collaborate with marketing and sales to execute go to market strategies, and act as a thought leader in the cyber protection industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the overall vision, focus, and go-to-market strategy for Acronis’ cybersecurity products
• Collaborate with internal business partners to capture business/customer needs and objectives and ensure the product vision is translated into executable roadmaps and release plans
• Work closely with sales, marketing and development to deliver on the product vision and ensure revenue and partner objectives are achieved
• Manage a diverse and global team of Product/Program Managers, by providing leadership, support, and mentorship to motivate, inspire, and maintain a high-performance team
• Anticipate and proactively monitor industry and market trends, customer needs, opportunities, new players, and emerging threats to product viability
• Establish strategic programs for new products or enhancements, including identification of market segments, product positioning, pricing, and profitability
• Properly segment the market and create specific product strategies and tactics to address each segment's needs and requirements
• Work with product marketing to develop sales and marketing tools including, product positioning, pricing, product messaging, presentations, competitive analysis, videos, articles, etc
• Identify new revenue streams and market segments, and coordinate product introduction and market exploitation to ensure maximum penetration
• Define and drive cross-product integrations strategy across all layers including, engineering, sales, marketing, and product management
• Recruit and build the product management team as Acronis’ business continues to rapidly grow

WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years experience in a Product Management role
• 5+ years of industry experience in Cloud technologies and software development
• 5+ years of organizational development and people management experience
• 2+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry with excellent knowledge of cybersecurity products and the latest trends.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of the MSP / Service Provider market
• Experience managing and working with international and cross-functional teams (direct reports and other stakeholders)
• You must possess a unique blend of business and technical knowledge with a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
• Experience building and recruiting teams, and making key decisions on organizational planning and design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to articulate a compelling vision
• Fluent English – both written and verbal
• Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
• Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
