Key Responsibilities
- Establishes goals and objectives of Americas operations ensuring alignment with the business unit and works cross functionally with other business leaders, and works on business issues that affect and improve Rackspace as a company, in addition to their team’s goals.
- Works with departmental leaders directly to provide solutions on a variety of programs that are mission critical to the on-going success of the business.
- Assesses structures and procedures making changes, where necessary, to ensure that objectives are met.
- Drives resolution of strategic issues affecting current and future business.
- Manages relationships with internal and external strategic partners. Accountable for core operational processes, such as capitalization, workforce planning, reporting, and budget management, and insures that weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business activities occur on-schedule.
- Creates, deploys, and insures continual operation of core business processes.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where data requires complex analysis.

- Advanced knowledge of P&L Management, business management, operations management, Customer Management, and Financial Management.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The anticipated starting pay range of California, Washington state and New York City applicants for this role is $171,100– $205,200The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado applicants for this role is $171,100– $205,200. These ranges for candidates may be modified in the future. Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
