Cyber Security L3 Engineer - Secrets Management Platforms

Description:This is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to support Privilege Access Management (PAM) space. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking to hire Sr. Engineer/ Tech Lead who will play key part in Privilege Access management (PAM) deployment and business adoption strategy. The role is client facing responsible for driving business consultation and adoption, holding virtual road shows / Demo for business sectors to reduce non-compliance in the space of privilege account management and provide use case guidance.
• The candidate will be involved in Research, design and develop state-of-the-art systems monitoring solutions and processes to ensure infrastructure safety and soundness.
• Participate in external and internal audits, compliance reviews, size and procure the required hardware and software for new deployments and collaborate with various teams such as system and database administrators in building the infrastructure system. Provide applications integration and onboarding guidance. Lead infrastructure projects facilitating security assessment and remediation to ensure the systems safety and soundness. Document products and processes, and train level 1 and level 2 teams for Business escalation.
• Drive Automation strategy of manual tasks where possible and conduct continuous reviews for upgrade of stale processes. Provide support for the managed applications. Provide capacity, performance and stability reporting to the management. Lead initiatives to develop and improve scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance. Work with various global partners meeting aggressive timelines and providing with solid solutions to infrastructure problems using extensive analytical and technical abilities.
• Deploy and design large scale complex privilege access management ecosystem

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluent English language skills
• Proficiency in one or more of privilege access management technologies such as Cyberark, Hashicorp, Sailpoint etc.
• Proficiency in one or more of these scripting languages – Python, Unix Shell, Perl & PowerShell scripting.
• Experience/basic understanding of CHEF, Ansible, CI/CD.
• Good grasp of networking concepts and protocols
• DevOps/SRE with integration and Infrastructure Build experience including AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
• Hands-on experience working with various flavours of server operating system, NIX or Windows based
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP technologies and internet routing protocols
• Inner workings of Web/Application services from a programmer or application integrators perspective
• Experience with RDBMS from application programmer’s perspective. Good knowledge of how to interface with these databases, analyze, write complex queries and procedures.
• Technical expertise on repositories (Bit Bucket/Git) and the associated promotion processes to support the application team’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across Dev, UAT and PROD environments

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
