Job Profile SummaryReporting to the VP of Sales for APJ, responsible for leading, managing and motivating a team of Commercial sales professionals across Australia, New Zealand into achieving and exceeding business and personal goals. Responsible for growing and managing the team and meeting targets based on sales growth and the company’s sales growth plans for SMB and Commercial. Focused on new logo , cross-selling in the current install base, upsell professional, managed services opportunities and working across the Hyperscaler’s AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud. An inspirational people leader with sound sales business acumen, experienced in leading teams to close sales opportunities in a consistent, predictable, and scalable fashion. Responsible for growing and managing the team and meeting targets based on sales growth and the company’s sales growth plans.We are looking for high achievers with Cloud Services background who come loaded with customer connects + Hyperscaler relationships and who have progressive experience managing and developing teams. Develop and manage executive relationships by conducting business driven discussions, whilst also leading negotiation, planning, strategy and execution to maximise revenue.1. Leadership Excellence: We need someone who can inspire and motivate the team, leading by example and setting high standards for performance and professionalism.2. Strategic Vision: Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base within ANZ SMB & Commercial. The ability to identify market trends and capitalize on emerging Cloud GenAI Services opportunities 3. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in SMB/commercial/mid-market sales. Deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals will be invaluable in driving our business forward.4. Team Collaboration: Responsible for fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the sales team. Your ability to mentor and develop current sellers, helping them reach their full potential, will be crucial to long-term success.5. Adaptability: Our industry is constantly evolving, and we need someone who can quickly adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Your ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions will be vital in navigating challenges.

Experience and skills:

    • Proven direct sales experienced required
    • Proven sales management experienced preferred within the IT/ Technology arena (e.g. IT/ software services, web/ application/ platform hosting, managed services, datacenter, SAAS, Cloud computing, Co-location, ISP
    • BA business preferred but not required
    • Self-starter, highly aggressive and motivated to provide the highest possible level of responsiveness and performance from a team of people.
    • Outstanding sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Broad, relevant knowledge of technology
    • The ability to work effectively with people in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and drive results monthly.
    • Willing to work hard to customer, sales and marketing driven deadlines.
    • A passion for customer service with contagious enthusiasm and energy.
    • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
    • Attention to the quality of own work.
    • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective team member, along with the ability to apply logical thinking and a good reasoning ability.
