The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is a growing organization with more than 3,000 employees and contract workers. CISO’s purpose is to ensure that an appropriate level of cybersecurity governance, controls, and capabilities are in place to protect Citi’s and its clients’ information assets, with end-to-end accountability across the firm. Within CISO, Cyber Security Services (CSS) is responsible for delivering integrated risk reduction capabilities and services aligned to the architectural goals and priorities. CSS partners closely with the Enterprise Cyber Security Architecture organization who is responsible for implementing a robust enterprise security architecture practice to ensure Citi is reducing the risk to all threat surfaces with the right capabilities and controls and continuously progressing towards a target state.
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the major cyber security ‘Change the Bank’ (CTB) Transformational Engineering Programs for CITI. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success and be highly adept at: leading global programs and engineering change efforts; managing risk and execution of global programs by aligning resources and tactical/strategic decisions; and driving transformation across a complex enterprise to support cybersecurity goals. Strong experience across cybersecurity, Technology Infrastructure, and the financial services business sectors will assist in delivering aspects of these transformational programs. This position will report to Chief CSS and matrixed to the Senior Cyber Security Infrastructure Architect.
