This team specifically focuses on cultivating an incredible interview experience for all Atlassian candidates through scheduling interviews and works to ensure that all stakeholders you will be supporting (hiring managers, recruiters, panelists, and interview candidates) receive appropriate support. The team also participates in additional project work involving our stakeholders and partners on the Talent Team.As the Candidate Experience Exec Lead, you will coordinatedaily recruiting efforts within the parameters of our larger global recruitment strategy. While 75% of your daily task will revolve around being a partner to the recruitment team and hiring managers, this role will be a key part of improving internal processes and developing new guidelines/documentation. As our Executive Candidate Experience Lead, you will manage global recruitment processes for executive-level candidates, the following:

What you’ll do:

    • Be the primary point of contact for all executive scheduling inquiries
    • Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and executive assistants to develop scheduling workflows
    • Contribute to candidate experience projects
    • Respond to recruitment-related email and phone inquiries
    • Perform data entry and analyze relevant scheduling data
    • Track applicant status' and ensure the interviewer database is updated and current
    • Work with the Regional Candidate Experience Leads to stay aligned on scheduling processes
    • Be a mentor for other coordinators involved in executive scheduling

    • You believe in speed and efficiency: you have a high sense of urgency and work with a focus on a quick turnaround.
    • You love partnerships: building strong, productive relationships is a core part of how you work.

In terms of experience:

    • You have prior hands-on experience with HR systems preferred (Workday, applicant tracking systems, etc.)
    • You have great writing skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
    • You have experience with a high volume of work 
    • You have superior customer service skills
