Business Analyst (Data) - VN

We are seeking a highly articulate and expressive Business Analyst (BA) who excels in functional knowledge aspects and is adept at visual representations, including building diagrams for data flow, system design and reports/dashboard. The ideal candidate is proficient in defining and capturing business process flows, entity diagrams, comprehensive data element sheets, and reporting requirements.  This BA should feel comfortable handling complex formulas, intricate business logic (such as allocation and consolidation) and documenting various processes and data requirement including preparing inventory of business and technical glossary terms, sourced through engagement with stakeholders.

• Business Process Expertise: Demonstrates a deep understanding of general business processes including Procure-to-Pay, GL processes, Order-to-Cash, HR and accounting concepts. Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud /Oracle EBS R12 and their high-level understanding of key data models, end-of-period processes, data validation methods, code lookup organization, data normalization, typical ways to interface data from this ERP, typical reports and reconciliation process and standard audit columns in their data models.
• Organizational Skills and Communication: Possesses excellent organizational skills and communicates effectively across various levels of the organization. Understands different personas within the organization and adeptly builds relationships. Able to discern between side conversations and formal channels, judiciously choosing the appropriate communication mode (email, documentation, chat). Proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for capturing specs and associating relevant documents or Excel sheets. Also, able to drive trainings covering functional aspects of system and reporting tools and user engagement for UAT and post-go live verification.
• Documentation Expertise: Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation covering data mapping, complex business logic including data reclassification, manual adjustment processes, allocation and consolidation and attribution processes.
• Understanding of Data projects: Capable of handling reporting and data warehouse concepts, including a basic understanding of ETL processes (incremental/full loads, fact/dimension/relationship/snapshot/SCD2 schemas).
• Data and Reporting Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with reporting tools and understanding of capturing reports, dashboards, and ETL requirements. Also, able to understanding data governance and quality requirements, and lead test and data reconciliation. 

·         Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.).·         Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role within a complex business environment.·         Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting.·         Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing to critical technical analysis, and aiding in efficient decision-making processes.
