Americas Cyber Exercise Lead - Senior Vice President (C14)

Citi's Global Cyber Threat Exercise Team Americas Lead is part of a global and diverse team of cyber exercise planners.  The Americas Lead is responsible for North and South America cyber exercises, Cyber Security Fusion Center drills, and supporting other exercises globally.  This is a unique and highly visible position requiring executive communications skills, collaborative approach, and ability to work independently.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Develops a 1-3 year Americas cyber exercise plan addressing Americas priorities while supportive of our global 1-3 year cyber exercise plan. 

• Leads exercise design and conduct.  This includes engaging local, regional, and global stakeholders in a collaborative planning process.  Lead must be capable of developing an exercise independently.

• The Americas lead will be the Senior Controller responsible for the successful execution of each exercise, including all aspects of Exercise Control.

• Lead the After Action Report process. This includes drafting and vetting the initial draft and working with multiple stakeholders to validate exercise recommendations and related post-exercise improvements. 

• The Americas Lead must present findings and updates to regional seniors and gather evidence of closure for all After Action Report items. 

• Americas Lead will develop drills for Citi’s Cyber Security Fusion Center. 

• Americas Lead may also be required to support real world incidents as part of Citi’s Cyber Security Fusion Center.

• Americas Lead will deliver training for regional, country, business, and global functions senior leadership and supporting teams.  Lead will also provide training for additional audiences as necessary.

• Americas Lead must be able to develop and deliver written and oral communications at the executive, operational, and tactical level for audiences for both technical and not technical audiences.   These audiences will include other regions and at times global leadership.

• Americas Lead will represent the Global Cyber Threat Exercise Team on planning committees for externally organized cyber exercises or events.  This includes exercises and events organized by regulators or industry associations.

• Americas Lead may represent the Global Cyber Threat Exercise Team during client engagements.

• Americas Lead is a brand ambassador for Citi's Global Cyber Threat Exercise Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• 12+ years of relevant experience

• Required weekly presence in Citi office

• Product Support, Security Operations, or Fusion Center experience preferred

• Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) experience preferred

• 1 to 4 weeks of global travel possible

• Additional technical certifications are preferred

• Demonstrated ability to research and apply current information regarding the IS field

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Proven influencing and relationship management skills

• Proven analytical skills
