Programme Delivery Director

The Programme Delivery Director is accountable for leading large, complex, multi-phase transformation and migration delivery programmes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role acts as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders, providing delivery leadership in KSA, technology advisory, programme governance, and successful execution of cloud, digital transformation, and organisational change initiatives. Partners with global cross-functional technical, commercial, and delivery teams—ensuring programmes are scoped, planned, and delivered to maximise customer value.

Key Accountabilities

    • Lead and deliver multi-phased migration and transformation delivery programmes in KSA covering technology, people, process, and organisational change.
    • All programmes in KSA must be delivered on-time, within budget, scope and overall quality
    • Lead KSA delivery programmes with full accountability for executive level reporting, governance updates, and programme performance readouts
    • Provide consultative leadership across early-stage cloud adoption, strategic assessments, business case analysis, and roadmap development.
    • Identify opportunities to align client needs with service offerings and enhance programme value.
    • Translate client challenges and improvement areas into clear business and technical requirements.
    • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities across complex customer estates.
    • Present programme recommendations effectively through written deliverables and executive-level discussions.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned programmes, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and conflict resolution.
    • Define programme scope, structure, timelines, resourcing, cost estimates, and governance frameworks.
    • Ensure delivery of all programme documentation including schedules, status reports, RAID logs, meeting outputs, and governance artefacts.
    • Champion problem-solving, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
    • Facilitate programme meetings focused on progress, risks, escalations, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Partner closely with account management and service delivery teams to ensure healthy customer relationships and expectations.
    • Track consulting time, utilisation, and programme financial performance in alignment with contractual agreements.
    • Lead presales elements including proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, and solutioning activities.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote a best-in-class delivery experience.
    • Ability to track and manage commercials across multiple engagements, ensuring strong governance whilst managing customer expectations.

Key Requirements

    • Brings extensive experience in professional services, programme leadership, and largescale delivery within technology driven environments.
    • Demonstrated success in leading major, multiphase programmes and managing high performing delivery teams in customer facing contexts.
    • Deep understanding of IT managed services, cloud technologies, migrations, digital transformation, and emerging technology trends.
    • Professionally project management qualified (PMP, PRINCE2) in recognised delivery methodologies with a proven history of delivering complex, enterprise scale transformation initiatives.
    • Strong commercial and financial leadership, including full accountability for programme P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue outcomes.
    • Executive presence with the ability to effectively engage ELT and C‑suite stakeholders across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, driving alignment and strategic clarity.
    • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and making balanced, informed decisions in fast‑moving delivery environments.
    • Experience operating within the KSA market; Arabic language proficiency required
    • Strong people leadership capabilities with responsibility for direct line management, as well as influencing and coordinating matrixed resources across large, multidisciplinary programmes.
