Job Profile Summary• Territory covered: India.• Experience in Asia Pacific, USA, Europe operations is an added advantage• Main responsibility: Managing Rackspace Technology India Centre’s operations and leading service delivery for the Global Project Management groupKey Attributes:• Provides strategic and operational direction to the organization’s long-range objectives.• Manage operations, develop business, and increases profitability for India region.Key Responsibilities:• Drives India Location and talent strategy that structurally optimizes cost of service delivery• Integration of future India footprints of acquisitions.• Works with stakeholders around the world to create awareness of India specific information, dynamics and builds the platform for creating more shared services out of India• Manage India budgets with planning model, full financial forecasts and staffing considerations• Revises objectives and policies in response to change in current internal and external conditions.• Works closely with the Global Leader(s) to set the development strategy and business plan for the geographic region or location.• Drives site wide strategy of attracting and retaining talent - market inputs to comp and Benefits teams in RAX, market branding, hiring strategy and execution including graduate hiring, employee engagement activities, India site employee satisfaction scores/Glassdoor scores, improve competency (certifications, leadership development programs etc)• Manages Project Management competency globally with resources all across the world (about 70-90 people reporting via 4-5 managers). Should have managed large project management teams and understands the project management competency.• Responsible for maintaining and/or operating an effective internal control environment in conformance with company compliance requirements. Driving a continued increase in Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from customer feedback surveys.Skills & Knowledge:• Excellent management skills with the ability to effectively direct the organization’s global service delivery operations to maximize revenues and profits.• Experience in international operations and services with demonstrated success in expanding business, while improving finances and creating scalable internal processes.• Must have a complete understanding of business function and location practices.• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externally.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and analyze data, make recommendations, and execute to desired results.• Ability to negotiate and oversee strategic deals with multiple partners.• Change management champion and ability to foster culture of Innovation• Ability to manage acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures.• Multi-lingual capabilities desiredEducation & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred• Minimum 15 years progressively responsible international functional experience, preferably in the high-tech industry.• Must have successfully led an global operation.• Experience directing and managing cross-functional groups to accomplish business goals.• Deal negotiation experience• Experience executing financial model analysis.• Must have experience working with diverse cultures.#LI-SM6About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
